As Creative Director, I played a pivotal role in the successful redesign of our rewards program, aimed at enhancing clarity and boosting conversion rates among our existing customer base. My responsibilities included the program's comprehensive visual and experiential overhaul, including branding, program naming, and serving as the lead for UX/UI design, ultimately resulting in a more user-friendly and engaging rewards experience.
